Each of the NEONŽ platforms can be configured with a Canion FIB and a five channel gas injection system to provide the full proven CrossBeamŽ functionality. With the field upgrade option that allows to meet any future system and analytical requirements the NEONŽ truely provides an investment into the future.
Chamber Design
The flexible chamber design of the NEONŽ insruments provides full compatibility to all analytical requirements. Two CCD cameras monitor the inside of the specimen chamber to provide the operator with full information when handling large and special shaped samples. A number of additional ports provide the capability of adding various detectors or analytical equipment making the NEONŽ CrossBeamŽ system the ultimate 3D analysis tool.
