| | The SmartSEM™ intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) is the result of the long standing experience gained with software controlled SEMs. The quality of the results not only depends on the superb imaging and analytical properties of the GEMINI® column but also on the ease of operation of the FESEM. For the SUPRA® series the choice to set two operating modes for the FESEM is offered:
SmartSEM™ comprehensive GUI with full control of all operating parameters. SmartSEM™ allows the expert to set certain levels of software control for different users. A secondary level even enables the user to change operating conditions and to write macro’s tailored to specific applications. The built-in administrator utility allows the system manager, if required, to set the access level for each operator. A log on, log off procedure maintains security from user to user.
Concise GUI developed for the occasional user with the major operating controls in one conveniently arranged control bar for ease of operation and increased productivity. Concise is a well structured SEM control software offering a structured approach to obtain.
