 | | The SmartSEM™ intuitive GUI (graphical user interface) is the result of the long-standing experience gained with software controlled SEMs. The quality of the results not only depends on the superb imaging and analytical properties of the EVO® column but also on the ease of operation of the FESEM. For the SUPRA™ series offered the choice to set two operating modes for the FESEM:
- SmartSEM™ comprehensive GUI with full control of all operating parameters. SmartSEM™ allows the expert to set certain levels of software control for different users. A secondary level even enables the user to change operating conditions and to write macro’s tailored to specific applications.
- Concise as multi-lingual GUI developed for the occasional user with the major operating controls in one conveniently arranged control bar for ease of operation and increased productivity. Concise is a well structured SEM control software offering a structured approach to obtain high quality SEM images.
