The Orion Planetarium is one of the very first featuring the ZKP 3 SKYMASTER planetarium system from Carl Zeiss. In 2003 an upgrade of the entire control system converted the planetarium to a SKYMASTER ZKP 3/B model.
Lars Petersen points out that the new Windows-based software has proven to be much more user friendly and easier to program using the built-in time-line. |
