| Planetarium Division to Become Part of Carl Zeiss AG |

From March 1st, 2009, the Carl Zeiss Planetarium Division will be a direct operation of Carl Zeiss AG in Oberkochen. The division will remain on its Jena site nevertheless. All its contacts will remain available at the same phone numbers, mail and E-Mail addresses, although with the following new firm name:

As of March 1st, 2009, all rights and obligations under existing contracts and agreements with the Planetarium Division are transferred from Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH to Carl Zeiss AG, and Carl Zeiss AG will enter these contracts and agreements instead of Carl Zeiss GmbH. | |
