With our TOP Trainee Program, we enable you to approach multi-discipline and cross-departmental themes and tasks for your later function in the company. You place your qualification on a broad foundation. The program last for 15 months. Within this time period, you will become qualified in a challenging subject area with interface characters—Your exit position for an outstanding specialty career or leading career at Carl Zeiss.
Already at the hiring, your later position in the company is secure. You receive a permanent employee contract. The TOP Trainee Program, with three to five practice stations world wide, will individually cater your needs and you future role:
After a training program in your starting department, you cooperate in different project-oriented departments. You will through that be prepared for later teams and/or project management. Your mentor will support you in that and to acquire all of the necessary qualification. Off the job you develop with the other Trainees the theoretical qualifications module.
Examples of off-the-job training unity in the Trainee Program:
- Project management at Carl Zeiss
- Communication and work in the team
- Presentation
- Six-Sigma-Training
- Multi-cultural sensitivity training
- Basic business administration teaching or basic technology
Through monthly networking-module in the TOP Trainee Program, you amass excellent contacts the collective Carl Zeiss core.
After the 15 months in the Carl Zeiss TOP Trainee Program, you will have gained great insight about the structures, processes, and technologies about the company. You will have become broadly acquainted with one of the divisions. You are now in the situation to complete your desired and end function, as well as to use the acquired professional and personal qualifications in your own area of responsibility successfully.
Many varied emerging and future training possibilities are now open for you in the next step of your career. After around a year, you can be recommended for our new generation management program, the way into a career as a manager. Moreover, the Carl Zeiss specialty course is available to you.
